A teenage boy has allegedly been stabbed to death after an arranged fight turned into a gang ambush in Melbourne.

The 15-year-old from Mickleham was found with serious injuries outside a medical centre on Lygon Drive in Craigieburn at about 7.50pm on Wednesday night.

A staff member ran out and attempted CPR but the teenager died at the scene, Victoria Police said.

Two males aged 16 and 20 were then arrested in Pascoe Vale at about 5.30am on Thursday, and are being interviewed by Homicide Squad detectives.

The teenager has been identified as Darweish in social media tributes and by independent journalist Ryan Naumenko of Outlaw Media, who shared footage of an alleged fight that led up to the incident.

The video shows two male youths in a one-on-one fight before others run in and a wild brawl erupts.

A graphic photo shared on Reddit shows Darweish lying in a pool of blood next to what appears to be a hunting knife.

A note left with flowers at the scene called the death “senseless”, and asked “When will these postcode wars end?”
