A Muslim man has been caught on camera driving past an Adelaide church while waving a Koran and playing the Islamic call to prayer from his car.
A shocked local told Noticer News the man, who was of African appearance and wearing Islamic robes, was doing laps of St Paul’s Anglican Church in Port Adelaide on Sunday afternoon.
The man said he confronted the Muslim driver and asked what he was doing, and the man replied in broken English that “there is one true God”.

His girlfriend then filmed the man from out of their car window.
“He was blasting the call to prayer in his car and holding the Koran out the window,” the man said.
“I don’t think it’s coincidental he was doing it on a Sunday, this area is busy with people who go to church.”
The disturbing scenes come just weeks after thousands of Muslims filled the streets of Adelaide’s CBD to observe Ashura, a day of mourning where Shia Muslims worldwide commemorate the death of Imam Hussein.
Footage of the procession sparked debate on social media, where some Aussies described the parades as displays of “intimidation” and others said they showed multiculturalism had failed.
