An irritated Melbourne man has confronted an immigrant driver he caught illegally dumping rubbish in a truck parking bay, and warned Australia is being ruined by third world behaviour.
The local filmed the first part of the interaction, and told Noticer News he then asked the dumper, who was of Indian appearance, to pick up the discarded items, but the man refused and accused him of racism.
The video shows the man driving up to the dumper’s white van and asking “are you chucking stuff on the side of the road are you?” He then asked “did you put one chair out there?” when the driver claimed he only threw away one thing.

“I observed him dump a huge pile of stuff. He lied and said it was only one chair,” the local said.
“I told him to pick it up. He refused. He called me racist.
“I’m disgusted by the people ruining our country.”
The confrontation took place at a notorious illegal dumping hotspot on Westall Road in Clayton South, where furious residents have been demanding action from authorities for months.
The heavy vehicle bay is located in the City of Kingston local government area, but while the council claims the land is managed by the Department of Transport and Planning, the state government says the council is responsible for cleaning up illegally dumped rubbish from the site.
The council told A Current Affair last month “this particular location falls within land managed by the Victorian Government through the Department of Transport and Planning” but said it would work to “ensure the matter is addressed appropriately and the site is maintained to an acceptable standard”.
Illegal dumping is on the rise across Australia, but data released earlier this year found half of all reports were in Victoria, with Melbourne’s immigrant-dominated outer suburbs worst affected.
