Newly established political party Restore Britain, which advocates for mass deportations of illegal migrants and foreigners claiming benefits, has officially surpassed the Conservative Party in membership.
Party leader Rupert Lowe said Restore Britain had 114,000 members as of March 15, which put it in front of the most recent figures for the 200-year-old Conservative Party, but still behind the country’s largest party, Nigel Farage’s Reform UK, which has 270,000 members.
Mr Lowe called the party “history in the making” after its formation, and declared it would seek to form government in the next general election in order to “not just stop mass immigration, [but] reverse it”.
Billionaire X owner Elon Musk responded to the membership milestone by writing: “This is the only way to save Britain. There is no other.”

The Tories promised they would control immigration.
It was an outright lie. They threw our borders open, welcoming millions of low-skilled migrants – that decision destroyed our country.
We were all betrayed by the Conservatives.
I will never forget, and I will never forgive.

Restore’s unprecedented growth since its founding on February 13 has come in response to public outrage at the scale of abuse committed by Pakistani child rape gangs across Britain exposed in an inquiry led by Mr Lowe, and record-setting levels of immigration under successive Conservative prime ministers.
“Restore Britain will make our communities safe again for women and children[…] If that means millions go, then millions go[…]”, Mr Lowe stated in a speech announcing the party’s launch in February.
“Britain is not just an economy, Britain is not just an idea … Britain is a nation.”
On X, the party’s announcement video surpassed 40 million impressions in the first week after being uploaded.
Once Britain’s secure party of government, occupying the office of prime minister without interruption from 2010 through to 2024, the Conservative Party has lost public support after a period of low economic growth (with per capita GDP growth increasingly lagging behind the UK’s G7 peers), large-scale immigration and Covid-19 lockdowns, and amid perceptions of rising crime and decreased public safety.
According to a March YouGov survey, the Conservative Party is currently polling at 19% – below Reform UK at 23%, level with the Greens, and two points ahead of Labour – and is set to lose the vast majority of its seats at the next general election.
