The response of the NSW government and opposition alike to Saturday’s “Abolish The Jewish Lobby” demonstration has only confirmed the assessment I made in my article last week.
Our political establishment no longer in principle hold Australia to be a liberal democracy.
Never mind that they will still call it a “democracy”. Our political class really means “multiculturalism” when they say “democracy” now. And they view it as the role of the police, not civil society, to deal with its critics and dissenters. Hence my coining of the term Police State Multiculturalism to describe the new form of government they are attempting to impose upon us within the garb of the old.
The problem the political establishment faces with this, is that the legitimacy, legality and formality of the system are bound up within the notion of liberal democracy.
Our constitution is explicit that we have a representative democracy, and this is taken by our legal tradition to imply political rights in speech, protest and the formation of political parties. And a supermajority of Australians support democracy and free speech. Simply asserting a police state into existence to defend multiculturalism is not only illegal, its illegitimate and unpopular.
Not only does the political class need to redefine multiculturalism as “democracy” in order to give it a false sense of legitimacy as a political principle, in the sense of “defending our democracy” and other such platitudes. But the very legitimacy of the concept of multiculturalism itself is dependent upon public misunderstanding of what it means.
Most people think multiculturalism simply means leaving immigrant groups alone to practice the aspects of their cultures that aren’t egregiously offensive to Western sensibilities. That’s not what it means.
Multiculturalism is actually the institutionalisation of ethnic minority lobbying within the political process.
The refusal of anyone in government to even pretend to listen to the British Australian Community demonstrates quite clearly that the White majority is structurally barred from participation in multiculturalism. Multiculturalism was of course championed from its inception in Australia by the organised Jewish community as a means by which it could politically undermine the Anglo-Celtic majority. Every other minority ethnic group that formally participates in multiculturalism simply emulates the organised Jewish community to gain a seat at the table.
Empowered by the adoption of multiculturalism as official Commonwealth policy by the Liberal-National government of Australia’s first mischling prime minister, Malcolm Fraser, and with the organised Jewish community at their head, these ethnic lobbies have since pushed to chip away at the rights and freedoms afforded to us by liberal democracy.
Every hate speech law is passed under the auspices of protecting minority ethnic “communities”, which are represented in practice by these ethnic lobbies. And in practice these ethnic lobbies are little more than organised offence-taking institutions that demand government take action against Australians who criticise or object to the activities of their co-ethnics in some way.
For decades this all seemed like a relatively benign political sideshow, the norms of liberal democracy remained robust enough to keep the tyrannical intent of these lobbies at bay. But in recent years this pretence has rapidly deteriorated in the contemporary political mainstream’s perpetually intensifying hysterics.
There are many valid critiques of liberal democratic norms, that they render the state too flimsy to properly keep in check subversive forces to the nation. But in a situation such as ours with a political establishment totally at the behest of minority ethnic lobbying, they also keep in check a state that would otherwise seek to criminalise the explicit political assertion of the interests of the White majority.
It is on this basis that they should be appealed to. The political establishment should either be forced to trash the pretence of liberal democracy, obliterating their own legitimacy in the process, to nakedly defend the arbitrary right of minority ethnic groups to not feel offended by Australians trying to continue having our own country. Or the remnants of liberal democracy in our constitution, legal system and popular sentiments should be used to restrain this attempt by the establishment at erecting an illegal police state to enforce multiculturalism.
And this is precisely what we are doing. The nazis have become the vanguard of free speech and democracy. The establishment must either destroy the illusion of the game, or let us play.
