An Indian immigrant who came to Australia for work has said he attended an anti-One Nation protest because he wants to the country to become socialist.
One Nation shared a video of the protester being interviewed on the street during the far-left demonstration in Brisbane earlier this month where Antifa thugs were caught on camera attacking a photographer.
When the man, who was wearing a red T-shirt and a handkerchief around his neck, was asked “what does it mean to you to be here today?” he replied “socialism”, and then said “yes” when asked if he was a socialist.

“I was born abroad, in India,” he said, and added that he came to Australia “for work”.
“But now you want Australia to become socialist?” the One Nation interviewer asked.
“Yes,” the man replied.
One Nation wrote in the caption to the video: “Moves to this country for work, demands we change our entire political system and way of life to suit his whims. What other country and culture would ever accept this level of disrespect and ingratitude?”
Independent journalist Drew Pavlou posted the video on X where he wrote: “Imagine acting like this as a guest. The level of ingratitude is crazy.”

Last week One Nation shared another compilation of street interviews from the rally, showing “transgender”, Muslim, and drug-affected demonstrators.
One man dressed as a pirate called One Nation “incredibly stupid”, a protester in Islamic dress with a Palestinian and aboriginal flag scarf said she was marching because “rights were being taken away” and a person whose sex was unclear said he or she would like to “spit in Pauline Hanson’s face”.
A older female speaker shouted “abolish the cops”, and a purple-haired protester told the interviewer to “f*ck off” and stop talking, but then admitted she was under the influence of marijuana.
