A nationalist activist has been jailed for 60 days over a non-violent confrontation with a group of refugee advocates in the aftermath of the savage murder of Australian grandmother Vyleen White by a Sudanese teenager.
Jimeone Roberts was convicted of “offensive behaviour” over that incident and “insulting behaviour” for a verbal exchange with a Sri Lankan immigrant at a dog park, and was sent to Melbourne Assessment Prison last month where he has been in solitary confinement ever since.
Roberts, a father-of-one and former member of the now-disbanded National Socialist Network, filmed himself approaching members of far-left open borders advocacy group Grandmas for Refugees outside the Chirnside Park Shopping Centre in Melbourne on February 9, 2024.
The clip shows Roberts berating the women, one holding a “honk for humanity” sign, for trying to bring more refugees into Australia following the senseless murder of Ms White in Brisbane, and asking them: “Where’s your humanity for Vyleen White stabbed to death by an African immigrant?”
Ms White’s refugee killer was jailed for less than 10 years for the fatal stabbing in November last year, but is attempting to have his sentence reduced on appeal for being “manifestly excessive”.
“What future do you want for your children?” Roberts asked, called the protesters “dumb bitches”, and warned them their children were at risk of getting “stabbed to death and raped” by the refugees they were trying to bring in.
“You’re advocating for the rape and murder of our people. Someone your age was literally stabbed to death a couple of days ago in Queensland because of c*nts like you, advocating for c*nts to come here from Africa and third world shitholes to come and attack us,” he told them.
“Vyleen White’s body just turned cold and you’re here advocating for more of them? Where’s your f*cking head?”
About two weeks after the incident Roberts was interviewed and released by police, who said no one was physically injured, but he was later charged with offensive behaviour.
Roberts’ friends have started a GiveSendGo to help support his family while he is behind bars, and his wife told Noticer News he has been in solitary confinement with just one hour a day outside of his cell for exercise on some days as a result of his political views.
She also said the prison chaplain has refused to speak to him due to his ideology, and that he is yet to receive envelopes and paper he has purchased so he can reply to letters.
In 2022 Roberts was rushed to hospital with a serious neck wound after being attacked with a bottle by a group of African and Middle Eastern thugs in Melbourne’s CBD, but no arrests were made despite the offenders being caught on CCTV and the corporate media ignored the assault.
