One Nation leader Pauline Hanson has thrown her support behind March for Australia rallies set to take place on August 31 and congratulated Aussies who are planning to attend.
Ms Hanson made the comments during a ten-minute speech to the Senate on Wednesday where she also warned that Australia is a nation in decline and that mass immigration was making the country unrecognisable.
She also highlighted Labor’s strategy of importing voters, the hypocrisy of the major parties who bring in 1,500 immigrants every day while claiming to be concerned about carbon emissions, Labor’s out-of-reach housing targets, and slammed disrespect of the Australian flag.

“On Sunday there is supposed to be this March for Australia. To those Australians out there that want to go out and have their say and wave the Australian flag: good on you,” she said.
“I congratulate you because you’re standing up for the values that you feel are being stripped from you by governments, whether it’s this government or former governments. You feel that you’re not being listened to. This country is not the country that I grew up in.
“I’m ashamed of where we’re headed – all this wokeness, the escalating crime, the cost of living, high electricity costs and the decline in our moral values that is happening. There’s all this transgender rubbish and what’s going on with women spaces.”
Ms Hanson went on to say she would never stop fighting for Australia.
“I see the decline in my nation – and I feel sorry for those men and women that have fought and sacrificed their lives to give us the democracy and nation that we should all be so proud of. All I can do is keep fighting for the Australian people with the best I possibly can.”
Many Australians praised Ms Hanson for her comments, and thanked her for her stance on the issue.
“Thank you for standing up for us everyday Aussies,” said one man.
“Some on the right may crucify me for this but One Nation is the only established party that actually seems to give a rats about the people who elected them.”
“Thank you Pauline Hanson, where are all the other pollies with the guts to support this?” asked another.
“Spot on Pauline. We need immigration reform and voting reform,” wrote a third.
Ms Hanson’s comments come after her only Victorian MP, Rikkie-Lee Tyrrell, stabbed her in the back by publicly disavowing the party’s anti-immigration billboards.
Ms Tyrrell said the billboards, which have been put up in Mildura, Bairnsdale and Stawell and state “high immigration = rental crisis”, were “unsuitable” because regional areas “rely on” immigrants.
March for Australia organisers have now set locations for rallies in all major cities, and have published flyers urging Aussies to “make your voice heard” at 12pm on Sunday.
The locations are Belmore Park in Sydney, Flinders Street Station in Melbourne, Roma Street Parklands in Brisbane, Rundle Park in Adelaide, Supreme Court Gardens in Perth, Regatta Point in Canberra, Freedom Park in Cairns, Anzac Memorial Park in Townsville, and Salamanca Lawns in Hobart.
